Vigo Productions Inc. sells on a nonrefundable
basis, and therefore only accepts returns due to damage and shipping
errors. All returns require a return authorization number (RN) from
customer service. Tel: 800-263-7698. Credits will be issued for
merchandise only and no refunds will be given. Deductions may not
be taken until Vigo has issued a credit note. Customers with approved
credit may be sold to on a Net 30 day basis. Overdue accounts will
bear an interest charge of 2% per month. Further terms of sale have
